Applicant Eligibility:

MUST be a non-profit 501(c)3 organization.
MUST be located in the following (Nebraska) counties: Sarpy, Douglas, Cass, Washington, Dodge, Lancaster, OR
MUST be located in the following (Iowa) counties: Pottawattamie, Mills

Application Guidelines: Applicants are encouraged to read through the entirety of the application. If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to contact Community Relations Manager, Aniya Tate, at [email protected].

Applicant(s) should be requesting item(s) to help keep youth baseball and/or softball field(s) safe and playable! For example, projects may consist of: new/repaired sod, fencing projects, field equipment, dugout additions/repairs, etc.
Application cycle deadlines are February 28 and August 31 of each year.
Applicant(s) may request up to $5,000 per grant cycle.
Must provide 501(c)3 IRS Designation Letter.
Must provide a detailed quote for each item for which you request funding.
Must provide picture(s) of the area where you are requesting funding.
Must provide a current list of board members.
